Author Guidelines

Welcome to the International Journal of Artificial Intelligence (IJAI)! We invite researchers, academics, and professionals to submit high-quality, original work that contributes to the advancement of artificial intelligence. Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript.

Manuscript Submission

  • Submissions are accepted exclusively through email at Chiefeditor.ijai@gmail.com.
  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Ensure that your manuscript adheres to the journal's formatting and ethical standards outlined below.

Formatting Requirements

  1. File Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
  2. Language: Articles must be written in clear and concise English.
  3. Structure:
    • Title Page: Title of the manuscript, author names and affiliations, and corresponding author's contact information.
    • Abstract: A concise summary of the research (150–250 words).
    • Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords.
    • Main Text: Organized into sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
    • References: Cited in a consistent format (APA, IEEE, or journal-specific style).
  4. Figures and Tables: Include high-quality figures and tables, appropriately captioned and referenced in the text.

Ethical Considerations

  • Authors are expected to comply with ethical standards for research and publication, including proper citation practices, avoidance of plagiarism, and obtaining appropriate permissions for third-party content.
  • For human or animal studies, ethical approval must be clearly stated.
